Dear Mr. Graham,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff of A.J.'s Catering for doing such a great job during our annual awards gala on October 19, 2005 at the Canada Science and Technology Museum. Close to 160 people came out to celebrate local businesses that go "Above and Beyond" in serving their customers and their communities.

This being our third year working with A.J.'s, I have to say that the level of courtesy and professionalism that I experience each year is remarkable. From my first conversation with Isabel, I felt confident with our choice. Working with her is a real pleasure - she is one of a kind.

Once again, the food was great and the staff terrific! A.J.'s definitely went "Above and Beyond".
