I dealt with Isabel and Judi who were very patient and accommodating in putting together a wonderful hot buffet with our limited budget. Our co-workers have mentioned that they found the food very good, very flavourful and plentiful. Thank you to the Chefs. We were also pleased with the service that Earl and Helen provided at the event; they arrived on time, were very organized, worked independently and served everyone in a very short time.

Dear Allan and staff,

My deepest thanks to you Allan and to your entire staff for helping to make Lori & Derek's wedding such a special day.

I chose to leave all the details in your hands and believe me we were not disappointed. Your staff are AWESOME, so professional, so friendly, so helpful, nothing was too much to ask. It was an extremely hot day but they never complained and the smiles never left their faces all day.

Then there was the unbelievable meal, beginning with appetizers, followed by the most amazing meal of Chateaubriand and Chicken Champignon with all the trimmings. This followed by a wonderful spread later in the evening. We have heard rave reviews ever since, and nobody went hungry, that is for sure.

All in all, everthing was certainly first rate and there was not a single detail that was not attended to.

It was a real pleasure meeting and dealing with each and every one of you.

Many of our guests had never experienced "an AJ's event" as I like to call them.
