Cocktail Reception Menu

Cocktail receptions are a nice change to the “traditional” dinner provided at weddings and events. Your guests would have the choice of all options while being able to mingle and chat leisurely during the extended service hours. We invite you to create your own custom package to what would work best with your guests we can make all packages which would best for you. Recommended amounts of variety and volume determined by number of Guests and serving time.

Menu Sample 1

Canapés: All passed to guests
  • Vegetable skewers with cherry tomatoes and bocconcini cheese drizzled with balsamic dressing
  • Cucumber vegetable wraps drizzled with homemade citrus vinaigrette
  • Prosciutto wrapped asparagus
  • Gazpacho – tomato basil (served cold) served from ramekins
Mac and Cheese: Homemade mac and cheese served in individual containers
Slider Station
  • 100% all-beef slider hamburger patties and pulled pork served on mini slider buns
  • Condiments: ketchup, mustards, mayonnaise and cheese
Taco Station (build your own taco)
  • BBQ blackened chicken breast cut fajita style served on soft shells
  • Toppings: lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, hot sauce, guacamole
Penne Pasta with Rose Sauce: Al dente noodles served in a homemade Rose Sauce served from Stemless Martini Glasses.
Mashed Potato Bar
Freshly cooked and mashed garlic mashed potatoes served from Stemless martini Glass topped which choice of toppings: honey glazed chicken or sweet n sour meatballs or cheese / sour cream / bacon / green onions.
