A.J.'s Catering Inc. can provide Bar Service to any event. The following is an outline of our Bar Service. Please call to discuss service charges for the following inclusions to our service:

Bar Surcharge Includes application of license, pick up of beer, wine, liquor, mix and ice; Chilling of products and returns to liquor store/beer store after the event		$250.00 *

*All beer, wine, liquor, mix, ice, glasses are billed on usage.
** All beer, wine and liquor is billed to the host at LCBO current prices

• No corkage fee on any wine or other bar product will be applied.
• Host will have the opportunity to audit stock before and after the event.
• A.J.'s bartenders are certified under the Smart Serve Program.
• Host will be billed only for amounts used; Host has the option of taking part bottles of liquor and being billed accordingly.
• All proceeds, after bar expenses go directly to Host.
• At the end of the event, all part bottles/cases of special request bar products will be given to Host to take home and will be billed accordingly.
• A.J.'s is covered by Liquor Liablity Insurance, however one of your members or guests must sign the liquor license application.
• Our bill for bar service and product used, will be the same regardless of whether it is a complimentary or cash bar.

• You will have the opportunity to set your own beverage prices to offset our service charges; If your organization chooses to use our complete bar service, the total fixed costs before spirits, mix, ice, glasses is estimated at $775.
  

  Surcharge Liquor License 2 Bartenders @ $25/hr x 9 hrs. each

  $250 $75 $450 (# of bartenders dependant on Guest #'s)

• Our recommended number of bartenders would be for 150 people or less, "2 bartenders" — over 150 people, "3 bartenders". Should there be a particularly busy time at the bar, one of our catering staff would assist the bartender at no additional cost to you.
• Glass Bar Service will require 1 additional bartender.

Our opening inventory of wine, beer and spirits, based on average consumption, results in 40- 60% of each product being returned to the LCBO from your event.
Occasional high volume consumption of an individual product may deplete our inventory. We will attempt to purchase additional product from a local LCBO outlet, but cannot guarantee availability of a product re: timing and locations.

A.J.'s Bar Service includes continuous cleaning of tables all evening, and final clean-up at the end of the event.
All clean up of glasses will be the responsibility of our bartenders at the end fo the event when your guests have departed.
